Specialty Executives have partnered with a world leader in the manufacturing of motion simulators for the aerospace, defense, space and automotive sectors.  Our client provides standard and custom products used in developing testing of gyroscopes, inertial navigation systems and electro-optical systems.

Our client is adding a senior member of their leadership team by hiring a Senior Director of Business Development.  A growing company offering a generous SIX figure salary, combined with a lucrative bonus structure.  We are eager to speak with a well-qualified individual that meets or exceeds the below very specific skill sets in test & measurements for inertial systems.

**Please read carefully – we are only considering candidates that have recent (last 12 months) of direct sales knowledge of standard products used in testing gyroscopes, accelerometers and sensor systems (INS).

Senior Director of Business Development:

•             You will have direct report responsibilities for leading a sales team in the strategic development of sales for standard products used for testing gyroscopes, accelerometers and sensor systems (INS).  You are responsible to further develop the sales teams and technical sales teams.

•             You will be considered as a member of the senior leadership team with a decisive role and active contribution to the company bottom line.

•             You will have success in developing and securing multimillion dollar wins directly related to products used to test gyroscopes, accelerometers and sensor systems (INS).

•             You will develop the best market trends for strategy analyses for all product lines, manage current customer base, and develop new business development opportunities supporting new clients.

•             You will develop proposals, assist in contract negotiations with new and existing clients and work with the Engineering Department to establish understanding of client needs.

•             You will have no less than 7 years in a sales management role directly selling and knowledge of products used to test gyroscopes, accelerometers and sensor systems (INS).

•             You will have a four year Engineering degree – preferably in Mechatronics

•             Travel will be required.

•             You must be a MUST be a US Person
